Our enrolment process is conducted online. We cannot accept hardcopy enrolments or cash payments in person at our office.
Our courses are open to everyone. It is not necessary to be a Monash student or Staff member. Some age restrictions or prerequisites may apply to some courses and we encourage those with disabilities to enrol.
Steps for Enrolling into a Short Course
- Select a short course via the courses navigation.
- Find the date/time you wish to enrol into.
- Click the blue “Enrol” button on the righthand side.
- Use your name and email address to create a login.
- Follow the prompts.
- Enter your payment details and follow the prompts.
- You will be emailed an enrolment confirmation and receipt.
Steps for Enrolling into a Certificate or Diploma Qualification
- Select a qualification via the courses navigation.
- Carefully consider the available timetable options and decide which one suits you best.
- Click the blue “Apply Now” button at the top of the page.
- Use your name and email address to create a login.
- Follow the prompts and submit. You will not be asked for payment at this stage.
- You will be sent an email with details of the next steps required, such as the completion of a Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment, completion of a pre-training review form and/or completion of a government funding application form.
- Once you have completed all steps, you will be contacted by our Enrolments Officer. This will be an opportunity to ask questions, discuss concerns or ask for advice. We will arrange payment with you and confirm your chosen timetable.
- You will be sent an invoice for payment.
- Once your payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email.

If you do not already have a USI, please go to www.usi.gov.au to create one – enrolments cannot be accepted without a USI.
Make sure you have read and understood all the information in the Student Information Handbook and course information booklet.
Check you meet the pre-requisites or other conditions of enrolment prior to submitting.
Once you have been accepted into your course, you will receive an email roughly one week prior to course commencement to confirm your training. Should you be doing an online course this will include student log in details and information about your Zoom classroom.
